  氣相色譜儀的常見故障及排除方法

  一、氣相色譜儀常見問題:進(jin)樣后不(bu)出*譜峰的故障

  氣相色譜儀在進(jin)(jin)樣后(hou)檢(jian)測(ce)信(xin)號沒(mei)有(you)變化,儀不出(chu)峰(feng),輸出(chu)仍(reng)為直(zhi)線。遇到這種(zhong)情況(kuang)時,應按從樣品進(jin)(jin)樣針、進(jin)(jin)樣口到檢(jian)測(ce)器的順序逐一檢(jian)查。

  1、首先檢查(cha)注射(she)器是(shi)否堵塞,如(ru)果(guo)沒有問題(ti),

  2、再檢查進樣口和檢測(ce)器(qi)的(de)石墨(mo)墊(dian)圈是否緊(jin)固(gu)、不漏氣,

  氣(qi)相色(se)譜基線(xian)波動、飄移(yi)都是基線(xian)問(wen)題,基線(xian)問(wen)題可使(shi)測量誤(wu)差*大(da),有時甚(shen)至會(hui)導(dao)致(zhi)儀器無法(fa)正常(chang)使(shi)用(yong)。

  1、遇到基(ji)線問題時應先(xian)檢(jian)查儀器(qi)條件是否有改變,近期是否新換氣(qi)瓶(ping)及設備配件。

  5、襯管(guan)(guan)是(shi)否清(qing)(qing)潔。值(zhi)得一提的是(shi),清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)襯管(guan)(guan)時可先(xian)用(yong)試驗zui后(hou)定容的溶劑充分浸(jin)泡(pao),再用(yong)超聲(sheng)波(bo)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)幾分鐘,然后(hou)放(fang)入高溫爐中加熱到比工作溫度(du)略高的溫度(du),zui后(hou)再重新安裝。

  6、此外,檢(jian)測器污染(ran)也可能造成(cheng)基線問題,其可以通過(guo)清洗(xi)或熱(re)清洗(xi)的(de)方法(fa)來解決。

  (二(er))、峰(feng)丟(diu)失(shi)的(de)(de)*二(er)種(zhong)情況是(shi)峰(feng)沒(mei)有(you)分(fen)開(kai),除(chu)了以上(shang)原因(yin)(yin)外(wai),其(qi)也有(you)可(ke)能是(shi)因(yin)(yin)系(xi)統污染造成的(de)(de)柱(zhu)效下降造成,或者(zhe)是(shi)由于柱(zhu)子老(lao)(lao)化(hua)導(dao)致的(de)(de),但柱(zhu)子老(lao)(lao)化(hua)所造成的(de)(de)峰(feng)丟(diu)失(shi)是(shi)漸進的(de)(de)、緩慢的(de)(de)。

  假(jia)峰一般是(shi)由(you)于系(xi)統污染和漏(lou)(lou)氣造成(cheng)的(de),其解決(jue)方法(fa)也是(shi)通過檢查漏(lou)(lou)氣和去除污染來(lai)解決(jue)。在平時的(de)工作(zuo)中應(ying)當記錄(lu)正常(chang)時基線的(de)情況,以便在維護時作(zuo)參考。

  五、峰形不規則

  ①出現拖尾峰(feng)(feng)。處(chu)理(li)方法(fa):采用(yong)強(qiang)*性固定(ding)液(ye),*除擔(dan)體活性以及提(ti)高(gao)柱(zhu)溫來解(jie)決(jue)。②出現平(ping)頂形(xing)或鋸齒(chi)形(xing)峰(feng)(feng)。處(chu)理(li)方法(fa):通過減少進樣量、提(ti)高(gao)柱(zhu)溫和載氣(qi)流速來解(jie)決(jue)。另外當(dang)放大器輸(shu)入飽和時也會形(xing)成平(ping)*峰(feng)(feng)。

  六、氣相色譜儀常見(jian)問題:檢測器造(zao)成的(de)影(ying)響

  以TCD為例(li)熱(re)導檢測(ce)(ce)器(qi)TCD利(li)用(yong)載氣和被測(ce)(ce)氣體的(de)熱(re)導率不(bu)同,檢測(ce)(ce)橋路中產生的(de)不(bu)平衡(heng)電(dian)壓與被測(ce)(ce)組分濃(nong)度成正比,以實(shi)現(xian)被測(ce)(ce)組分的(de)測(ce)(ce)量。①TCD檢測(ce)(ce)器(qi)被污染會造成基(ji)線(xian)(xian)漂(piao)移或出(chu)現(xian)階型基(ji)線(xian)(xian),并可能出(chu)現(xian)高(gao)噪音(yin)。②TCD熱(re)阻絲被燒(shao)斷,基(ji)線(xian)(xian)降為零點。③TCD電(dian)源供(gong)應不(bu)穩(wen)定,出(chu)現(xian)不(bu)規(gui)則(ze)脈(mo)沖干擾峰。
